  • What are Lash Extensions?

Lash extensions are fine lashes that are attached to your natural mature lashes to enhance the length, curl, shape & thickness of your natural lash. There are a variety of types & styles of lashes. We are here to help you choose the type & style of lash that is perfect for you. We feature classic & volume lashes. The lashes are attached to your natural mature lashes with a medical grade adhesive that is latex, formaldehyde & paraben free.

  • What do I need to know before my Lash appointment?

We recommend you arrive about 5 mins prior to your appointment. If possible please arrive with a clean face free of makeup & mascara. If it is not possible we do have eye makeup remover on hand for you to use. We suggest you limit caffeine or other stimulants if you find that you are sensitive to them. You will be lying down with your eyes closed for the appointment.

  •  Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?

 Properly applied lash extensions do not cause damage to your natural lashes. The application of lash extensions is a very precise skill, we take extreme care in their application to ensure the lashes are applied properly. As your lash extensions shed out you will see a natural mature lash shed along with it. This is typical & expected, not too worry as those lashes are being replaced by new growth With proper aftercare of your lash extensions you should experience excellent results & no damage to your natural lashes.

  • Do lash extensions hurt?

 No, not at all. Again this is a very precise skill & we take extreme care in ensuring your comfort. We will always ask you to please let us know if you experience any discomfort during the service but we find most people find the lash application very relaxing and many take advantage of the time to have a lash nap. You should not feel your lashes following your appointment, should you feel any poking or discomfort we ask that you inform us as soon as possible.

STORE POLICIES

​We offer flat rate shipping for all orders. All orders are shipped via USPS. Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid mailing address on business days only (Monday – Saturday, excluding major holidays). You can see your shipping options prior to checkout. Shipping options do not include processing times (1-3) days

​Once fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email. Follow this tracking number, we will not be liable for any issues regarding your shipment once it has been sent off, including lost or stolen packages.

​Please contact USPS  if you are to have any concerns regarding your order. Double check your address before confirming your order and also verify that it is correct and complete on your confirmation invoice.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are experiencing any trouble with an item sent (broken or malfunctioning) please email us to be refunded or an exchange. Other than Compromised items we do not offer returns and or exchanges.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
