Delivery Policy
At Lizzy Lash, we are committed to providing fast and reliable delivery through Uber Delivery to ensure your products arrive safely and on time. Please review our delivery policy below:
Delivery Coverage Area
We offer delivery within Philadelphia, Cherry Hill & Surrounding Areas. If your address falls outside our coverage zone, you may not be eligible for deliveries.
Delivery Hours
Deliveries are available during the following hours:
• Tuesday to Friday: 9:00am –5:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am-3:00pm
Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed and delivered during the next available delivery window.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on your location.
Delivery Timeframe
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email or text message with your order details. Once we pack your order you will receive a pickup ready text/ email. After receiving text, use the uber app to place an uber connect from our store to your address. Uber Delivery provides real-time tracking, so you can monitor your order’s progress from our store to your doorstep.
Recipient Availability
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. If no one is available, the driver may contact you directly or leave the package in a secure location (as permitted by Uber Delivery policies).
Delivery Issues
If there are any issues with your delivery, such as delays, incorrect items, or damages, please contact us at [contact email/phone] within 24 hours so we can assist you promptly.
Responsibility for Deliveries
Lizzy Lash is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during delivery. Uber Delivery provides insurance coverage for such issues. If you experience any problems, please contact Uber Delivery directly through their app or platform for assistance.
We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail to ensure timely delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please note the following:
• Order Insurance: All orders are insured for your protection. In the event your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact USPS directly to file an insurance claim.
• Responsibility: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
Pickup Policy
For local customers, we offer the convenience of in-store pickup at the following location:

Please keep the following in mind:
• Pickup Notification: You will receive a “Pickup Ready” email once your order is ready for collection.
• Pickup Window: All pickup orders must be collected within 30 days of purchase. Orders not picked up within this time frame will be canceled and restocked without a refund.
• Pickup Hours: Pickup is only available during store hours:
• Tuesday - Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM
• Saturday: 9 AM - 3 PM
• Closed on Sunday and Monday
